This extra virgin olive oil is made by certified supply chain in collaboration with the Association of Olive Producers of the Emilia-Romagna region (ARPO). Produced on the same day of harvest and has all the characteristics of a high quality olive oil. Bottled after careful chemical and organoleptic analysis.
Grass scented and bitter almond flavor with an intense taste, typical of our region. Ideal with raw vegetables, soups and grilled meat.
