Description: An extra virgin olive oil with olives from organic farming. Freshly cold pressed with olives from our organic country farm in the sweet rolling hills of Poggio Berni, Rimini.

Organoleptic characteristics: Made within a few hours from harvest with typical characteristics of Romagna region oils. Grass scented, bitter almond flavor and artichoke aftertaste.

Ideal with:Delicate taste, so ideal with all food (pasta, vegetables, soup, meat) and fish included.

Colle Natio has been awarded second place in the national competition “Orciolo d’oro 2002”, and classified “Best organic extra virgin olive oil 2005” by Slow Food Association.
